Shipping costs are based upon weight, destination, value, and
sometimes size of the box. Thus, due to the variety of items we ship
we can not calculate shipping costs until we pack the order so it will
not show up during the checkout process or confirmation email. Large orders will ship LTL/ Common Carrier and will be coordinated with you. If you would like an exact shipping price and we will be
happy to pack your order and let you know before shipping.

Expedited Orders: If you want your shipment overnighted (Mon - Fri),
we will email to get your approval on shipping charges prior to
shipping.This can delay your order if we can not contact you. If all you want is for us to ship right away, choose the Standard option.

The following are examples of UPS rates with the standard $100
insurance coverage. UPS rates vary within weight class depending upon how they classify the delivery area and fuel surcharges at the time. Money Saver option will typically be 20-50% less than this for packages under 10 pounds.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can pay by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover), check, Western Union, COD ($15.00 extra), or net 15 terms for approved account holders. Overdue invoices are subject to a 1.5% per month fee. The customer agrees to reimburse Orchard Valley Supply, Inc. for all damages, costs, collection fees, reasonable attorney fees and other losses or expenses which may be expended or incurred in obtaining payment. We are not responsible for debit card overdrafts even if there was a billing mistake on our part.

SPECIAL AND LARGE ORDERS
Shipments will be scheduled in the most convenient and economical way. Further details will be provided when your order is received. Special and large orders must be prepaid.

PRICES
Prices are subject to change and are those in effect at time of shipment. See our website for the most up-to-date pricing.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Materials returned for refund or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Materials must be in new, unused condition for resale. Some items, like power equipment, are not returnable if the box is opened. Return materials only with advanced approval. You are responsible for freight back to us. No returns after 30-days from receipt of order.

SHIPPING CHARGES AND DAMAGES
As every order is custom and varies so much in weight and size, we can only quote shipping charges once we pack your order which we are happy to do.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order was damaged, it is your responsibility to save the box and packaging material so the shipper can make an inspection. DO NOT sign for freight carrier shipments until you check that the order is complete and undamaged. Once signed, the shipment is your responsibility. Note damages and shortages on the freight bill. Customer is responsible for unloading.
